City e bike

Bike was delivered on time but when I unpacked it the rail that held the battery in place wasn’t fixed to the frame so you couldn’t fix it properly to make electrical contact I found the screw in the bottom of the box but when I went to screw it on the threads in the frame were stripped! Also the chargers light wouldn’t change to green when it was fully charged. I rang them to explain someone answers the phone and I explained the problems he said he would ring me back in a few minutes I thought then that it was a fob off. Needless to say he didn’t ring back. I will try again on Monday.

Broke after a few months

I would advise you to stay away from this bike if you can as you will lose a lot of money on repair. The wire on the rear hub ripped off slightly and the electric stopped working. Used for only a few months and nothing but trouble. First the pedal assist stopped working, which was fine as I could still use the throttle but then the throttle stopped working too and so the bike is not useable at all. I found out when calling the shop that repair isn't covered under warranty as it is classed as wear and tear and it will cost over £200 to repair.

Thank you for the review, however, your issue with the bike is related to damage to the rear wheel motor cable, which is classed as accidental damage which causing the motor to stop work. Accidental damaged are Not covered under warranty.

don't buy this bike not worth the money ,battery don't hold power!

A great little bike easy to put together .the bike us fast going up hills with the throttle on.easy to fold and pick up.very pleased with it.wife is thinking about getting one as well

G Hybrid folding bike

After the first one arrived damaged, I got an exchange for a new one, which I picked up from the shop. They had it already to go for me too! Having given it a go I love it. Takes a bit of getting used to at first though.
