I’ve got to get it serviced as it won’t go into 7th gear. Should of been checked before sending out.
But bike is good.

New to ebikes so didn't know what to expect and was initially of the thought that these things are overrated. However after a few days I love it, (although I have nothing as comparison.) I use it for commuting and general farting around. It's so much more relaxing and less sweaty. Manages long steep climbs with ease. The bike is immensely heavy, probably 3 or 4 times the weight of my regular road bike. Nearly gave myself a hernia trying to bump up kerbs. No idea of true range as charge every night but seem to get around 5 miles on one bar.
Arrived the day after I paid and ordered. I did pay for that though, although what's an extra tenner when you've splurged 850 quid.
No instructions or badly translated instructions. Relatively easy to put together though, but do check all fastenings as I found many were loose, particularly the disc brakes. I had a puncture in the rear tyre first day, fixed in under 15 mins. For what my uneducated opinion matters, happy with bike and seems a decent entry level model. I suddenly want a motor bike now.

Great Bike , gives me around 37 miles on each full charge - I don’t use the throttle. Used over a month now , no issues or complaints about the quality.
